Being nice to people when things are going well? That’s easy. But it takes real effort to keep it up when things are hard.
The first course, Let’s Talk Career Path, focuses on the attendees individual paths – where they started, where they are now and where they are going – but also includes exercises and concepts that can be leveraged with their reports and teams.

Ultimately, humans are unpredictable. Businesses are unpredictable. I try to be my best self every day and constantly retrospect, hoping not to make the same mistakes twice.
My coworker is sometimes rude to me in email and personal interactions. My boss is aware that this is the case (and agrees she is rude) but does not take steps to stop the behavior. Is there anything I can do to discourage her from treating me badly?
