Working with a fantastic graphic designer last fall, we came up with our latest Plucky merch, the We Can Talk series!
I recently started a new job as a manager and several of my team members are previous coworkers… as I am new to management, I really don’t know if that is an old way of thinking and I don’t want to make a critical mistake. What do you think?
Being nice to people when things are going well? That’s easy. But it takes real effort to keep it up when things are hard.
The first course, Let’s Talk Career Path, focuses on the attendees individual paths – where they started, where they are now and where they are going – but also includes exercises and concepts that can be leveraged with their reports and teams.
This is a great location for folks living in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Charlotte and up and down the coast as this will be the only one back east in 2019!
Ultimately, humans are unpredictable. Businesses are unpredictable. I try to be my best self every day and constantly retrospect, hoping not to make the same mistakes twice.
My coworker is sometimes rude to me in email and personal interactions. My boss is aware that this is the case (and agrees she is rude) but does not take steps to stop the behavior. Is there anything I can do to discourage her from treating me badly?
