Adults with ADHD
Fall 2024
Fall 2024 Coaching Groups
According to the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), 4.4% of adults between the ages of 18 and 44 in the United States have a current diagnosis of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Adults with ADHD can struggle at work with attention, working memory, performance and executive functioning.
Although awareness about this disorder is growing, supportive services for folks with ADHD in the workplaces are woefully absent. That’s where Plucky comes in!
This fall, Plucky is debuting two small coaching groups to support Working Adults with ADHD.
Managers with ADHD (October – December)
You’re a good match if: you have ADHD and you’re a manager.

You’re a good match if: you have ADHD. Your role at work doesn’t matter in this one!
Other details:
Thoughtfully facilitated by Jen Dary, these small groups are capped at 4 participants. We will meet twice a month for three months; each session is 55 minutes long. We’ll spend the first session doing a little learning about ADHD and introducing ourselves. Then each participant will take a turn bringing a topic to unpack with the group during our time together.
Bring your tough days and invisible victories! All the team dynamics! Your own career path wonderings. We are here to support you through it all.

Here’s What Our Clients Have to Say
"My Small Group was made up of awesome senior managers and I felt so lucky to have the chance to meet them all and learn about their individual paths! Jen is down to earth, fun, and real! What more could you want in a facilitator/coach?"
"Management is often solitary and I hadn't realized how powerful and necessary it was to have a group of supportive leaders to go to. I got promoted to Senior Engineering Manager this week, and the support of my Small Group was critical in that transition."
"The Small Group experience was uniquely helpful for me. As someone who has a variety of supports - an executive coach, a therapist, a supportive manager - there was still something special about having a group of peers *from different organizations* to connect with."
"I'm really grateful that I had a chance to be part of this excellent crew of humans."
